Terms & conditions
- Each consult session will last around 30 minutes
- You are required to turn on your zoom screen, if not the session will be forfeited
- We respect everyone's privacy and no screen recording or pictures will be taken without consent, and we hope you will do the same likewise
- Please be on time
- Come with your magnetic lashes, applicator and mirror ready
- A voucher of the same value $5 will be given to you once the Consult session is over, for you to use on our website
- If there's any urgent cancellation, please let us know at least 3 hours ahead of time, so that we can release the slot to someone else
- No refund request will be entertained without valid proof and reason for a no show
