Packing Time

  • Lead time for processing orders is 1 working day
  • For new launches and sales periods, processing time can take up to 3 workings days due to the surge in sales
  • For orders made over the weekend, we will process the order on Tuesday as our office is closed on Mondays as well
  • All-in-all, we try our best to process orders as soon as we can

  • Free delivery via Singapore Normal Mail
    • For all orders below SGD 50
    • 3-5 business days for non-peak season; up to 2 weeks for peak/festive season 
    • No tracking number. We are not liable for lost or slow mail under this option
  • + SGD 4 for Courier
    • For orders below SGD 50
    • Comes with a tracking number
    • 2-4 business days
    • Free Courier
      • Only for orders SGD 50 and above
      • Comes with a tracking number
      • 2-4 business days
    • + SGD 6 Express Courier

    • Self-collection at our office
      • Please email us at hello@nodspark to arrange for self-collection after your order has been made
      • We will reply you when your order is ready for collection
      • Our opening hours for self-collection is Tues - Sat, 11am to 5pm

    • For orders below SGD 50: Flat fee of + SGD 6 for Registered Mail
      • Comes with a tracking number
      • 7-15 business days, depending on the address overseas
      • You may be charged for handling fees and taxes when your order goes through the customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs and tax regulations differ for each country. If you have any questions regarding the charges, please refer to your local delivery service.

      • Only for orders SGD 50 and above

    Wrong or incomplete address

    • What if I gave you an incomplete or wrong address?

    Should the order be sent back to us, we will require a top-up of delivery cost before we can resend the parcel out again. We will not be liable for lost mail due to incomplete or wrong address
