We try our best to process orders as soon as we can! 
  • Lead time for processing orders is 1-2 working days
  • For new launches and sale periods, processing time may take up to 3 working days due to the surge in sales

Singapore/ Local Orders
+ SGD 1.50 for delivery via Singpost Normal Mail
  • For all orders below SGD 60
  • 3 - 5 working days for non-peak seasons; up to 2 weeks for peak/festive seasons
  • No tracking number. We are not liable for lost or slow mail under this option.

+ SGD 4 for Courier 

  • For orders below SGD 60
  • Comes with a tracking number
  • 2 - 4 working days
+ Free Courier
  • Only for orders SGD 60 and above
  • Comes with a tracking number

+ Self-collection at Nodspark HQ (Balmoral Plaza)

  • Please email us at hello@nodspark.com to arrange for self-collection after your has been made
  • We will reply you when your order is ready for collection
  • Operating hours is Mon - Fri, 10 am to 5pm
International Orders*
+ SGD 8 for International Registered Mail via Singpost

Please also note (tax-related matters):
You might be charged handling fees and taxes when your order goes through the customs (EU customers are subject to VAT as of 1 July 2021).

 

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs and tax regulations differ for each country. If you have any questions regarding the charges, please refer to your local delivery service to understand your country's import tax. 

Incomplete/ Incorrect Address

Should an order be sent back to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will require a courier top-up cost before we can resend the parcel out again.

We are not liable for lost mail due to incomplete or wrong address.
