We try our best to process orders as soon as we can! 
  • Lead time for processing orders is 1-2 working days
  • For new launches and sale periods, processing time may take up to 5 working days due to the surge in sales

International Orders
+ SGD 12 for International Registered Mail via Singpost
  • For all orders below SGD 120

  • 7 - 15 working days, depending on the address overseas

Please also note (tax-related matters):
You might be charged handling fees and taxes when your order goes through the customs (EU customers are subject to VAT as of 1 July 2021).

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs and tax regulations differ for each country. If you have any questions regarding the charges, please refer to your local delivery service to understand your country's import tax. 

Incomplete/ Incorrect Address
Should an order be sent back to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will require a courier top-up cost before we can resend the parcel out again.

We are not liable for lost mail due to incomplete or wrong address.
